Episode One

Episode One of the Academy looks at the “Mend and Repair” aspect of growing in knowing God. We all have “God-wounds.” Those aren’t wounds that we acquire from God, but rather are things we bring into our relationship with God that cause our understanding of God to be foggy. For example, the relationship we had with our parents, spouses, or siblings; the way our career has gone; the sicknesses we’ve had to deal with. These things can cause us to see God differently and sometimes hinder us from knowing him more. We explore what it means to let God mend and repair these wounds, and grow in knowing him personally.

    Amazing! I was in my quiet time just working through the concept of the way I’m thinking. I asked the Holy Spirit to change how I think about things. And the academy came to mind. I set aside my notes and jumped online. I registered and what a God message I received today. Thank you Brandon and Jordan for being obedient to God.
