Week Two: What is a disciple?

The goal of this session is that the person will grow in their understanding of what a disciple is. Use these resources to help point you in the right direction, but most importantly allow the Holy Spirit to speak through you and guide you.

  • Read John 13:34-35. How do we recognize disciples of Jesus?
  • Read Matthew 4:18-22. What exactly did Jesus say when he first called his disciples? What does it mean to “follow” someone?
