In Galatians 2:15–16, Paul makes clear that we are made right with God through faith in Jesus Christ. Our good deeds cannot undo sin or earn the acceptance we long for, but God’s grace provides what our effort cannot. Jesus takes our guilt upon himself, and those who trust him receive a new standing before God. This is the freedom of justification: condemnation no longer defines our relationship with him. As we rest in what Christ has done, we are invited to live with gratitude and joy, allowing his love to change us and sharing that hope with others in humility and compassion.
