Traction | Week 2 | Joshua 1:1–11, Joshua 3:1–17

When the next step feels uncertain, we need to know the One we are trusting. In Joshua 1 and 3, God promises his presence and leads Israel across the Jordan as the priests step into the water. In this week’s message, Brandon reminds us that spiritual growth involves acting on God’s promises, upheld by his goodness, sovereignty, and faithfulness. Through Jesus, we can come into God’s presence with confidence in his mercy rather than trying to earn acceptance. As we grow in knowing him through Scripture, prayer, and worship, we can take our place in Christ’s body and share his love with the people around us.
