Thy Kingdom Come | Week 2 | Matthew 13:24-30
April 1, 2017

It’s possible to look the part of a believer while wondering what is really growing in our hearts. In Matthew 13:24–30, Jesus describes wheat and weeds growing together until the harvest, reminding us that final judgment belongs to him. Pastor Dustin invites us to examine our lives in light of the cross, where grace meets our hopelessness and challenges our self-righteousness. The fruit God desires grows from a heart changed by Jesus. As we seek him through Scripture, turn from distractions, and take daily steps of obedience, we can express his love through generosity, service, and sharing the hope of the gospel with others.
