The Revelation | Week 1 | Revelation 1:1-3

In Revelation 1:1–3, we are invited to see Jesus clearly as the victorious Christ. The book’s striking images point us toward the one who reveals himself and remains involved with his people. As we read, hear, and take his Word to heart, Scripture becomes more than information we recognize; it shapes how we respond to the pressures of everyday life. We are challenged to listen with a willingness to obey and to share the hope we have received. Christ’s victory does not promise that everything will unfold as we wish, but it gives us reason to trust him and follow where his Word leads.
