Jesus' Mission | Week 2 | Ephesians 5:18

We can become so focused on making plans and solving problems that we forget how deeply we need God. In Ephesians 5:18, Paul calls believers to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit. In this week’s message, Brandon reminds us that Jesus’ mission cannot be accomplished through our own strength, strategies, or resources. God has given his Spirit to empower us, and dependence on him is a daily posture of faith. As we continually surrender our plans, seek God in prayer, and hunger for his presence, we can learn to follow his direction and faithfully participate in the work he has called us to do.
