It All Starts With Us | Week 2 | Matthew 28:16-20
November 22, 2014

Jesus sends ordinary people to make disciples with the assurance of his authority and presence. In Matthew 28:16–20, his command invites every believer to meet people where they are, bring them to Jesus, and walk alongside them as they learn to follow him. Discipleship grows through everyday relationships at work, in our neighborhoods, and around the dinner table. Busyness, apathy, feelings of inadequacy, and fear of failure can keep us from investing in others. Yet we do not need to have everything together to begin. Depending on the Holy Spirit, notice whom God has placed in your life and take a practical step to love and encourage them.
