God, Honestly | Week 4 | Psalm 33:16-19
July 30, 2016

Admitting weakness can feel risky when we are used to proving that we can manage on our own. Psalm 33:16–19 turns our hope toward God’s unfailing love, and Paul’s experience in 2 Corinthians 12 shows grace meeting weakness with Christ’s strength. This message invites us to find our security in Jesus, whose sacrifice covers the past we cannot repair ourselves. God may work in us while a difficult circumstance remains. As we surrender daily, pray honestly, and share our struggles with trustworthy believers, we can begin a patient process of growth, allowing our dependence on God to encourage others who also need his grace.
