Framework | Week 4 | Matthew 9:35-38

Prayer prepares us to join Jesus in reaching people with the good news. From Matthew 9:35–38, Brandon explores Christ's compassion for crowds who were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Prayer involves listening to God as well as bringing him requests. As we connect with him, we begin to see what Jesus sees, care deeply about people's needs, and receive strength for a demanding mission. Every believer has a testimony to share through words and actions wherever life takes them. The message calls the church beyond comfortable gatherings toward dependence on the Holy Spirit and a willing response: here I am, send me.
