A difficult season can leave us wondering where we belong and what comes next. Beginning in 1 Samuel 17:17–19, this message reflects on God’s presence in life’s valleys and the vision that shaped Connection Church. Samuel’s encounter with Saul opens a conversation about receiving our calling from God and using our gifts in his service. The church’s mission is to connect people to a growing relationship with Jesus through community, evangelism, generosity, and serving. We’re invited to seek Christ first, ask where God is calling us to belong, and become fully involved there, sharing the gospel and walking with others through both ordinary days and difficult seasons.
