Catalyst | Week 2 | 2 Samuel 6:12-23

Sometimes the fear of what others might think keeps us from expressing what is really in our hearts. In 2 Samuel 6:12–23, David celebrates before the Lord as the ark is brought to Jerusalem, even when his worship draws criticism. In this week’s message, Eric invites us to remember God’s blessings, his choice of us in Christ, and the gift of his presence. Those truths give us reasons to rejoice and express our love through singing, dancing, and wholehearted praise. As we reflect on how Jesus humbled himself for us, we can lay aside our guardedness and let the Holy Spirit lead us into freer worship at church and at home.
