Built to Last | Week 3 | 1 Peter 2:9
June 18, 2016

Some days, worship feels natural. Other days, our hearts feel distracted or tired. Drawing from 1 Peter 2:9 and Romans 12:1, this message invites us to remember why we worship: God has chosen us, made us his own, and brought us from darkness into light through Jesus. Worship becomes a response to his mercy that embraces all of life. As we pray, give thanks, and surrender our daily choices to him, we can gather ready to seek his presence. We’re encouraged to reflect gratefully on Christ’s sacrifice and respond freely to God, trusting his goodness even when strong feelings or familiar music are absent.
